Delivery Information:

For Personalised Jewellery:

* We offer FREE worldwide delivery for all personalised jewellery.

* Please allow 7-10 working days for personalised items to be delivered.

*Personalised jewellery are fulfilled by our workshop partners in Hong Kong.

 

For all other items:

* We offer FREE 1st class standard UK delivery for any item via Royal Mail, delivery time is usually 1-2 working days.

* We do offer an International Delivery Service; at cost of £10 ONLY, Delivery time 10-15 working days. 

 

Please note that delivery times may be extended during certain busy periods (Sale periods and Christmas).

Return Policy:

Here at Alep Jewellery, providing the best quality products and service is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the goods to us, unused, unworn with invoice and in the original packaging, within 14 days and we will happily provide a refund or alternatively, exchange the item accordingly.

Unfortunately, the cost of return will be borne by you.

# Please note that personalised jewellery pieces are NOT returnable.

In order to return goods to us:

Please send us an email to info@alepjewellery.com mentioning the invoice number, the reason for return and how you wish to proceed. 

We strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
